We are searching for a considerate, neat, responsible, Catholic woman who would like to be part of our home as of July 1st.  The total number of roommates will be four.  This is a three level townhouse with wood floors.  It has four bedrooms, three full baths, and one half bath.  There is a patio out back on the lower level.  We even have a second refrigerator!  The vacant room is a spacious basement room with two large closets and a private bathroom (shower).  It rents for $537.50 plus utilities at this time.  We are hoping the landlords will keep our rent at the same rate.  We are located at the corner of Westmoreland St. and Chain Bridge Rd.
